Marking a step closer to the release of On Grace & Dignity (their first album on 4AD), the GOLDEN DREGS reveal another slice of Cornwall-inspired croony goodness. Somehow chanelling Orange Juice-era Edwyn Collins and Nick Cave at the same time, principle songwriter Benjamin Woods duets with Issie Armstrong on 'Sundown Lake', a dynamic new single that seesaws between sparse verses and triumphant choruses, filled with considered instrumentation from trumpets and effected guitars to percussion and synthesizers.
